Is Nightingale Energy MCS certified?

Yes. All of our solar panel installations are carried out by MCS certified installers. This certification is a requirement for accessing the Smart Export Guarantee (SEG), which pays you for surplus electricity you export back to the grid. What warranty do you offer?

Our warranty varies depending on the service provided, ranging from 2 years to 10 years. Full details are provided at the time of your quote. We are also NICEIC approved, meaning our electrical work meets independently assessed safety standards. See our maintenance and servicing page for more information.

What areas do you cover?

We install and service solar panels across the North West of England, including Bolton, Wigan, Chorley, Manchester, and surrounding areas. We also take on projects further afield across the UK.

What happens if something goes wrong after installation?

We offer full maintenance and servicing for all systems we install. If you experience a fault or performance issue, contact us directly on 01204 325177 and our engineers will investigate. As a RECC member, we also follow a clear complaints process to ensure any issues are resolved fairly and promptly.

How long does installation take?

Most residential solar panel installations are completed within one to two days. More complex systems, such as those combining solar, battery storage, and EV charging may require additional time. We’ll always give you a clear timeline before work begins.
